Our ProJECTS
Hydro Power
GRY is actively engaged in developing and executing renewable energy projects across Nepal, with a strong focus on hydropower. Our current portfolio includes four projects in various stages of development and implementation. The Madhya Thara Khola project, with a capacity of 2.2 MW, is currently in the EPC execution phase and is expected to be commissioned by February 2025. The Dharam A project, boasting a capacity of 4.4 MW, has successfully completed the SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) and is undergoing the FCA (Financial Closure Agreement) process. GRY is also making significant progress with the Likhu project, which has a substantial capacity of 30 MW. The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for Likhu has been completed, and the company is currently working on aligning the SPA. Additionally, the Halesi Rawa Khola project, with a capacity of 5.4 MW, is in the MOU stage, with SPA alignment in progress. Looking ahead, GRY has exciting upcoming projects in the pipeline. The Chamelia project, with an impressive capacity of 85 MW, is currently undergoing due diligence, and the company is actively working on acquiring the promoter’s share. Furthermore, GRY is engaged in initial discussions for a potential 200 MW project, showcasing our ambition and commitment to expanding our renewable energy portfolio in Nepal.
